UPDATE: Rob knew I was toying with re-routing one my downspouts to avoid icing on my sidewalk during the winter months. I had done some of the preliminary work but succumbed to a debilitating injury preventing me from finishing. A year or so later, Rob and his sons showed up one evening out of the blue and offered to finish the job. They cleared out and finished the post hole I had begun and then positioned & set the post. A couple of days later, Rob showed up and re-routed the downspout to now bridge the sidewalk and run down the post. NO CHARGE! You can’t buy that kind of service and customer loyalty.
